The E-Office platform was developed to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness within the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN). It supports the digitalization of workflows with key features such as correspondence management, document management, archiving, approval systems based on structured workflows, leave request forms, and task assignment decisions.

The platform also integrates an Electronic Signature system to accelerate the approval process and improve document validity. The leave request feature simplifies the process of submitting leave requests online, while the task assignment feature facilitates structured work distribution.
